MIRROR SPARKLING GLAZE
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, gelling agents (E440, E401, E407), acidity regulators (E330, E331, E327, E341), colour (E171), preservative (E202).
May contain cereals containing gluten, soybeans, nuts and sulphites.
Storage: Dry storage at +15°C to +20°C
Decoration. Ready to use cold glaze to make mirror or to glaze fresh fruits. Gives a shiny effect to pastries. Low quantity of water and/or colour can be added. Stir slightly before usage.
Shelf life: 18 months
