MIRROR GOLD GLAZE
Storage: Dry storage at +15°C to +20°C
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, gelling agents (E440, E401, E407), acidity regulators (E330, E331, E327, E341), colour (E171), preservative (E202). May contain cereals containing gluten, soybeans, nuts and sulphites.
Decoration. Ready to use cold glaze to make mirror or to glaze fresh fruits. Gives a shiny effect to pastries. Low quantity of water and/or colour can be added. Stir slightly before usage. Shelf life: 18 months 250gr
