VEGETABLE GELLING AGENT FOR FOOD - OGM FREE

INGREDIENTS: agar agar E406. Flavourless thickener and stabilizer used in place of gelatine leafs for preparing gelatine fruits, gummy sweets, jams, budini, bavaresi and in cake design.



Instructions for use: Add 1 or 2 grams of agar agar powder into 250 ml of liquid according with the compactness you want to obtain. Pour it on the hot liquid and cook it for at least 3 minutes. Leave it set at room - temperature.
